Clients may cancel their order before work begins without any additional fees.
Once the work has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded, as the service is a customized manual process made specifically for the client.
No refunds are issued after work has begun, whether the service involves alterations, tailoring, or any other custom work.
A refund will only be issued if CutStitch is unable to provide the service for reasons unrelated to the client.
If the client requests extra modifications that were not included in the original order, additional fees will be applied based on the type and complexity of the work.
CutStitch is not responsible for unsatisfactory results caused by:
Incorrect measurements provided by the client
Garments delivered in unsuitable condition
Unclear or incomplete service details
Any additional adjustments required due to these issues will result in extra charges.
